Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction dated

Splinter Cell Conviction has been given its final release date (hopefully).

After being pushed into 2010 - alongside Red Steel 2, Blur, Heavy Rain, Mass Effect 2, God of War III,BioShock 2, and now Gran Turismo 5 andAssassin's Creed 2 on PC - we've been waiting for an official and final release date for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction.

That date was announced today by Ubisoft. Sam Fisher's return will start on February 23rd on both the Xbox 360 and PC in the US, with a European release to follow on February 26th.

Ubisoft claimed that the delay was to allow the game's developers to add that final bit of polish.
